My name is Emily. I'm needing to defer my final year at University (2024/25) and as such I am looking for someone to takeover my room from 1st July 2024.

This is a large basement furnished room – with a TV - in a 4 bed terrace house close to University and the City Centre. Please see photos. The house is 69 Connaught Road, Liverpool, L7 8RW. The other students are all in their final years.

The room is only £100 pw (£433pcm) and includes electricity, gas, water, WiFi and insurance (July and August are half price).

There are 4 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms, as well as a shared living room and kitchen so there is plenty of space for everyone.

The property is being let by Property Link in Wavertree and they will handle all the paperwork if interested.

My flatmates are lovely and have been very understanding. They are willing to speak with anyone who is interested, if they have any questions.
