I rented this out last year but now I'm going away so I'm helping the landlord with advertising the place.
I got really lucky to live in 2 rooms but only pay for one. The first room you can use for sleep and the other for everything else.
There is a full length mirror in the big room and the floor is slippery so this is great if you are a dancer or like to exercise a lot.
It can be used as an office as well, as there is a rolling chair and desk inside. It'd work great for people working from home.

Move-in costs are really cheap as well as the deposit is only £100 and all the bills are included.

It's 3 minutes from McDonald's Kensington and 2 minutes walk to Lidl.
Bus station is 3 minutes walk as well, a trip downtown is only 15 minutes long with a bus.

Landlord is a really nice guy and you won't have any issues with him.
