Hello,

I am looking for a tenant to takeover my tenancy of Studio 5.07 at Unity Square, L6.

The tenancy ends on 29th Aug 2024. It is a student accommodation building but the studios on the 5th floor are also let to professionals (I am also a professional).

It is a single occupancy studio, all bills and wifi included (excluding council tax).

From the company:
Featuring a small double bed, with memory foam mattress, luxury furniture pack TV, 32” smart tv, microwave, two ring hob, study area with desk and chair, lots of storage and private en-suite, these rooms provide you everything you need when you want some privacy.
You can check all the details on the website of Unity Square.

My rental agreement is for 170 GBP a week, which comes to 765 a month. I am ready to bear some cost (about 50 GBP) if it makes it possible to let it out. Connect with me and we can discuss this.
