Hello! I'm Violeta, I am renting out a double room in our shared house in Wavertree. Current housemate is just myself, a doctor, with my partner coming the occasional weekend/weekday up from London (Were very easy to be around with and love doing things together with our friends / household!!). I'm looking for another young professional/phd student to move in ASAP.

The house is just off Smithdown road and has 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms (toilet + sink ground floor, bathroom first floor, ensuite with second floor bedroom); living room; kitchen; garden; parking spaces for 2 cars.

The room going is on the first floor, with very big windows and a bathroom that will be mostly for you; there is a small guest room for friends/family in the first floor which would share the bathroom when in use, but not on a daily basis.

Rent is £375/month (bills not included).

It's a 10 min walk from Sefton Park and a 15 minute cycle into the city centre. We have 24/7 big Asda next to us too which also comes in handy.

Ideally looking for an easygoing, sociable young professional who is clean & tidy. Big plus if you're into cooking / community lifestyle / art

We like live music/getting outdoors/cinema and currently work full time with occasional weird shift patterns.
