we at 1 Catharine St are looking for a new housemate from the start of July (1/7) as one of us is leaving for greener pastures 🧄

we're a shared house made up of creatives, artists, musicians, DJs, promoters etc. - so would hopefully be looking for someone who is gonna fit in with that vibe!
some of us have lived here for a few years now, but there's been quite a lot of new people recently so it's always changing around 🏡 everyone is real friendly tho!

rent is £300 a month ( incl. council tax ! ) and bills are around £40/£50 a month in the summer, but can get closer to £80/£90 a month in the winter. so yeh it's super cheap and right in the middle of town, but slightly more spenny when it gets cold ⚡️

the room comes with loads of storage and even has it's own sink! it's painted green at the minute which looks pretty dope but you could do whatever you wanted with the space should you want to change anything ✨
