Urgently seeking someone to takeover my tenancy in a 3 bed house in Fell Street, Kensington. Sharing with a boy and girl, both 22 and final year students. Extremely welcoming, friendly, clean, sociable and respectful people. Not mad party people but do like an odd night out and cosy nights in. All rooms are double fully furnished, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and living room. Price per week is £125, rent can be paid monthly at the start of each month or in instalments, letting agency are quite flexible. Deposit is already fully paid. Tenancy starts 29th June, can however start a bit later.
