Hi, I will have a room for sale in Fusion Students Luxury Accommodation in Liverpool City Centre located on Upper Duke Street on the 1st April 2026.
I will be finished with my course and will be moving out then so I don’t want my room to be empty and would rather someone else take it over!
There are 3 other girls in the flat already 1 in second year and 2 in third year. Lovely girls that is more than ready to hang out and do anything you’d like. There is a shared kitchen and living area where you will share with these girls. There is a fully furnished kitchen with an island, sofa and huge TV. This flat if on floor 2.
The bedroom as you can see in the pictures are very spacious and enough storage space. It’s a double room with a TV included. Has a large desk and a large cupboard for your clothes. Furthermore, there is two large under bed storage and one behind the bed which can fit 3 large suitcases. Additionally, there is a fully furnished kitchen body mirror, a heating which can go up to 35 degrees and enough plug sockets for you. You have your own en-suite that includes a toilet, sink and large shower.

If you do decide to take up this space I will be asking for £250 deposit which you will get back once you move in and take over my tenancy as I don’t want to get let down as I did last year please respect my decision with that.
It will be a student only room and preferably a girl to stay but would consider a boy if you meet the needs. The rent is £160 per week which will be paid in instalments of £1708.50 on the 1st of April and 1st of July. The tenancy will end in mid July but if you want to stay longer you could negotiate with the reception staff.
Downstairs there are a gaming area, gym, private dining kitchen, courtyard, study space, library, karaoke room, and free laundry site. These are all included in your rent.
