Hello! My other housemate is moving in with her partner 15th August, after which a room will become available.

Room is a double bed in a 3-bed house share – £500 a month, all bills included. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the city centre, 5-minute walk to Tesco/local shops, and 10 minutes to town. Outdoor space and firepit for when it's nice, and a garage for extra storage. Not a party house. Very much a peaceful home with the occasional dinner party.

I’m pretty laid-back and chilled, and looking for housemates to get along with who value socialising and spending some time together. A movie night, an occasional drink etc. While respecting each others’ space.
You’ll be sharing with 2 people:
1 male, myself, works in IT, likes snowboarding, cats, anime/nerd stuff.
1 female, postgrad, likes fantasy books, board games/online games.

No cats currently but cat friendly.
