- house is well maintained and tastefully decorated, and has full burglar alarm system
- mainly veggie/vegan household but all diets welcome
- bills (energy, wifi,, TV license, council tax, water) included in rent
- household essentials (toilet paper/dish soap etc) shared between housemates

- neighbourhood is a good balance of families and students
- house is 10 mins walk from asda & aldi, and 5 mins from various local businesses (wood-fired pizza, craft beer, swimming pool/gym), 20-30 mins walk/10 minute cycle to university, close to bus and train links around Liverpool

Looking for a housemate who is friendly, responsible & tidy. Not suitable for those who are out late on weeknights and weekends due to working early & long hours, and night shifts. Not suitable for those who majority work from home. Please also note there is a 2 nights per month limit for overnight guests.
