I have a double room available in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom all girls student house in the L6 area. Rent is £592 pcm, all bills included. Rent is completely up to date. We're looking for another girl to takeover!

We are also open to young professionals :) Council tax band is A.

One of the bathrooms would be completely yours to use.
Amenities included in the house are broadband wi-fi, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. Massive television. There is also a cute outdoors area.

We are all second year students at UoL and all my flatmates are easy to talk to, friendly and tidy.

A UK guarantor is required.

We require an urgent takeover as I'm leaving my tenancy to move closer to my family. I'm willing to pay for your deposit in full and discuss contributing to the rent once the takeover is signed :)
