Double room:
£188pw (en suite)

This room has a full size double bed, floor to ceiling windows, heating, under bed storage, an en-suite, spacious desk and shelving, a pin board. The room is almost directly on the campus of Uni of Liverpool and surrounded by all sorts of social activities. The room is part of flat with 5 others however 1 has recently moved out so it’s with 2 boys and 2 girls. We have a shared living room/kitchen. The room will come unfurnished, so no TV, posters etc. looking for someone to take over this tenancy agreement as I want to move back home and commute instead. For the council tax, I informed unite students who own the student village and they exempt you, however I don’t know what they will do with a tenancy take over so we can discuss it with them together afterwards. Open to any questions.
