Hi, my name is Rachel. I am a Uni student (as are all my flatmates). I need to find someone to stay in my room as I am going on a semester abroad to Korea until June and can only go if I find someone to stay in my room. The house is quiet on a quiet street and is on the end of the uni part of Smithdown road. It is very close to several parks, shops and pubs. We have not had many problems and all 3 of my flatmates are very nice. The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and a nice big desk with a chair. We have 2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is small but has everything you need with lots of cupboard space for pots and pans and anything you need. The property is owned by rooms4u so it is a student only accommodation with bills included.
