I have a room becoming available from 30th April.

Room includes small-double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe - £480 all bills and council tax included.

It's a recently refurbished 3 bedroom house in a nice cul-de-sac on edge of city centre, with a garden space to sit outside in the sun. The area is secluded while still being walking distance to town. And close to Tesco, small restaurants and a coffee shop.

Housemates are myself, 43 male, works in IT. So there is in-house tech support :) Likes snowboarding, tech, anime and other nerdy stuff.
The other housemate, 30 female, works in languages. Likes climbing, running, vegetarian food, reading and coffee.
We both like an occasional drink out or in.

We’re looking for someone who is reasonably tidy, friendly & sociable but also enjoys their own space when social batteries are low. This isn't a party house. Quiet evenings, movies/shows, or the occasional dinner party kinda place.
