The house is furnished with a decent sized livingroom, a balcony, kitchen with appliances and a separate shower and bath. I am a fine art student with two dogs who are well behaved (my little dog is abit anxious and would behave better when he gets to know you after 10/15 mins) the electricity bill is £128 a month (£64 each) and everything is electric so thats the only bill youd have to pay. I am clean and quite, I like reading and watching tv and cooking, I would be in uni or work most of the time, I am Iranian british and both my dogs are adopted, I dont really have people over but feel free to do so if its not a usual occurrence.
