We’re looking for someone clean, friendly, and considerate to join our house. This will be suitable for working professionals and medical professionals, as it’s very close to Royal Liverpool University Hospital.

Postgraduate/PhD students can enquire. Please note this is not a party household.

The room: a bright furnished double room with a good amount of storage (the wardrobe and grey chest of drawers), plus a desk.

The house: all bills included plus fast WiFi. Shared kitchen, shared living room, and 3.5 bathrooms. You’ll have a bathroom to yourself, and may share with another person in the future.

Housemates: you’ll be living with two other people. There is potential for another person to join down the line.

Area: a quiet residential area in Kensington with great transport links nearby. It’s close to Lidl, Home Bargains and other shops near Edge Lane. 15 mins walk from Edge Hill station. Free, unallocated on street parking is available.
