Casual drinker on nights out, music fan, history and politics lover, regular golf player and gym-goer. Calm and friendly, amiable and respectful. Keen to share the apartment with someone in a similar personality and similar hobbies.
Absolutely Not Allowed in the Apartment: nuisances, smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets (due to respiratory and skin allergies), and abnormal/disturbing noises between 22:00 and 09:00.
Contract Terms
Assured Periodic Tenancy Term with a security deposit of 5 weeks' rent payable to the landlord at signing before moving in. Short-term lets will also be considered by the landlord if queried.
Room rent is payable in advance and is for single occupancy, or for a young cohabiting couple sharing at additional rent.
Bills (electricity, water, broadband, TV licence) are to be shared among the flat mates, which are roughly at about £100 per month per person on two-person sharing.
The property is at Council Tax Band A. Student tenants with valid exemption certificates do not pay council tax. Council tax is directly payable by non-exempted tenants to Liverpool City Council.
The apartment owner/landlord requires:
* Deposit of 5 weeks' rent payable in advance at signing before moving in
* If/when applicable, other permitted payments under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and regulations applicable at the relevant time.
