I have just applied for a leave of absence until the start of the next academic year (2025/26). Therefore I have left my accommodation early and im looking for someone who can take over my tenancy agreement. This can either be done by contacting myself so I can inform those working at St Luke's View or by contacting St Luke's View directly via telephone, email or in-person at the reception.

The room is the Cheapest Option in St Luke's View (£160 p/w). The room includes an ensuite bathroom, a 3/4 bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, desk, drawers and other storage compartments. The kitchen is shared between you and your flatmates. It includes multiple couches, an island table with stools, 2 fridges, 2 cookers, 2 sinks, a microwave, kettle and plenty of storage. There is also a laundry room and refuse room on the bottom floor.

There are 5 other flatmates, 3 boys and 2 girls who are all amazing. The staff are all welcoming and very helpful so there's no need to worry whether you have a problem and need to talk to someone or if you've lost your key card or locked out.

The accommodation is only a brief 5-10 minute walk to the knowledge quarter (Liverpool John Moore's City Campus/ University of Liverpool). It is located next to the Bombed out church and Bold street which is filled with vibrant shops and restaurants. All the clubs and bars are also right by the accommodation for those who love a night out.
