- Hi I’m a Uol student but I have to leave so I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy in true student private accommodation

To be clear this is a room in a shared flat so it’s an en suite with a double bed but a shared kitchen with 5 others

I need someone to take over around December/January time the contract is for 44 weeks (from September)
