I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a furnished two-bed flat right in the L1 city centre. The second floor flat is bright, clean, and well looked after, with big windows and a large terrace that’s great in the warmer months.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. The flat is fully electric (no gas) and comes furnished.

Rent: £490 per month (not including bills)
Parking: Secure underground parking available for £100 per month
Council Tax: Band C

You’ll be sharing with a 25-year-old female doing a postgraduate degree.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, preferably another girl. There’s a single-person council tax discount code in place until July 2026, which helps keep costs down.
