I am looking to sublet a Bronze en-suite for a student at IQ City from 1st of June till the 31st of August. The room has a private bathroom and shared kitchen. IQ City is a student accommodation in central London. It is 7 mins walk to Barbican Station, 10mins walk to Angel and 8 mins walk to Old Street and 12 mins walk to Farringdon. The accommodation has gym, theatre, common seating, study space etc. The kitchen is shared. Amenities like Tesco, Aldi, M&S, Co-Orp etc. are within 2-5 mins walking distance. All bills are included.

In addition, you will have access to study room, social room, and the lounge (see the pictures).
