Our lovely flatmate is moving out of the city so we've got a room available in our Central London flat, at walking distance from everything, from Islington to King's Cross, Bloomsbury, Holborn, the Barbican, the West End and even St Paul's or the Tate Modern!

The room is a nice size for the area, and you'll be sharing a kitchen and a bathroom with me and our flatmate. I work in publishing, and she works at a university.

Rent is £882 per month + £85 council tax + about £50 energy bills. Water and WiFi is included in the rent.
The room is available from 19th May, but there might be some flexibility if you need an earlier entry date (from 19th April onwards).

The flat doesn't have a living room, but we do have a patio that is nice in the summer and big windows with lots of natural light. The bathroom was redone pretty recently (the shower works very well), and we have brand new washing machine & dryer. The fridge and oven were also changed pretty recently, so the flat doesn't feel old.

We're looking for a nice and respectful girl, ideally a professional as we split council tax (Council tax band E). If you feel like you'd fit in well, send me a message with a bit of information about you.
