I’m looking for a short-term tenant to rent my one-bedroom flat while I’m away.

The apartment is a clean, quiet, and fully furnished one-bedroom in a modern building. It’s well-maintained and ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, temporary stay.

Its located in a perfect location in the Coal Drops Yard behind King’s cross. Very vibrant area with lots of shops, super clean and has great security. Has waitrose, gail’s, Cos, Uniqlo , Anthropologie etc around as well as many nice restaurants and a green park for sunny days. The area is perfect for summer!

📅 Availability: Flexible dates between June 23 and July 21 (3–4 weeks). Preference will be for the full 4 weeks.
📍 Location: Safe and pleasant area, just a 10-minute walk to King’s Cross station. Bus stop that goes to city central is just outside the apartment.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and able to pay upfront.

More info/video are available upon request.
