This 12th-floor flat in a 1970s apartment block in EC1 offers panoramic views of London, ample natural light, and large windows. It is located in central Clerkenwell and is close to Angel, Barbican, Old Street, and Shoreditch.

The room has Virgin Media fast Wi-Fi and ample storage, including a large wardrobe with sliding mirror doors and a floor cupboard. In early January, the Ikea pull-out bed will be replaced with a comfortable double-sized wall bed with a memory foam mattress, and the large glass desk will be replaced with a smaller console glass table. I will update photos of the room in the first week of January. I've also installed blackout and Venetian blinds for light control.

All bills are included, including fast Wi-Fi, utilities, and cleaning of communal areas and your room once a week. Soap and conditioner for the washing machine are also included.

The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and drier, large dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, grill, and oven.

I have a quiet, gentle seven-year-old whippet named Olly and a young eight-month-old Scottish Fold kitten named Bobi. I’m a gay artist from Brazil who works from home, using the lounge as my living workspace. We don't have a communal shared lounge, and I prefer that you don't bring visitors over.
