About me: Hi! My name is Alessia and I am a recent law graduate. I will be living in the flat with you. I will be starting work in September and will have a 9-5 schedule. I have a Maltese dog that is super friendly and that will stay with us during the weekends. The dog will not be entering your room but will stay in mine during the night and in the common areas during the day/evening.

About the new flatmate: I am looking for a female flatmate that has a 9-5 schedule as well and is friendly, respectful, tidy in common areas and often likes to have a peaceful evening when going back home. As I am only looking for one person, I do not want any third person staying on a regular basis at the flat.

About the flat & area: The flat has been completely renovated 2 years ago and has top quality amenities. The flat is located on a residential street and has everything you need within 5 minutes by walk, including restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, local veggie store, Whole Foods, etc… The closest tube station is Camden Town within 6/7 minutes by walk and there is also Camden Road overground within 10/12 minutes by walk. The area of the flat is really well connected to Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus and other central streets. It takes me 15 minutes by bus to get to Oxford Street. The flat is also really close to Regent’s Park (5/7 minutes by walk) and Primrose Hill Park (12/15 minutes by walk).
