I've got this fantastic 12th-floor apartment in a 1970s building in EC1. The views of London are amazing, and the place is super bright with huge windows. It's in central Clerkenwell, so Angel, Barbican, Old Street, and Shoreditch are all within easy reach.

The room has fast Wi-Fi, a large wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, a floor cupboard, a double-sized wall bed with storage, a comfy memory foam mattress, an office chair, and a glass desk. I've put up blackout and Venetian blinds so you can control the light.

All bills are included—that's high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, and weekly cleaning of the communal areas and your room. I even throw in soap and conditioner for the washing machine!

The kitchen has everything you need: a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer, big dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, grill, and oven.

I have two pets: Olly, a super chill seven-year-old whippet, and Bobi, a Scottish Fold. I'm a gay artist from Brazil, and I work from home, using the lounge as my living and workspace.

Just to let you know, there isn't a communal shared lounge, and visitors aren't allowed. Ensure you're cool with that and have a profile before getting in touch.
