A nice quiet sunny single room in a super-convenient comfortable first floor flat located on the South Bank very close to Waterloo and Southwark tubes and also a short walk to Blackfriars tube station; plus multiple bus options.

M & S, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury, and Tian Tian supermarkets are all nearby. Likewise, the RFH, NFT, National Theatre, London Eye, IMAX, and Tate Modern are all close as well as all sorts of eateries, coffee shops and much more.

The room is very near KCL and LSE and includes a desk, plenty of storage space, a very comfortable bed and a wooden floor. All bedding is provided. There is no passing traffic noise.

The rent is £920 per month which INCLUDES ALL BILLS and wi-fi but excludes any landline use.

The flatshare has all the usual amenities one would expect and there is a hallway, sitting room, kitchen, bath/shower room, and separate toilet.

The room is probably most ideally suited to a student, but not necessarily so.

I am the only other occupant and I am looking for someone non-smoking/vaping who is probably either a full-time student, or in full-time work.

Deposit: only 1 week in advance which is fully refundable in exchange for the keys.
