I live in a lovely four-bed flat share. One of our flatmates is travelling, so a room is available to sublet for a short term.

Rent includes all bills, including council tax, broadband, etc.

Fantastic central London spot - a 10-minute walk to Farringdon Station and 8 minutes to Exmouth Market. Loads of great cafés, pubs and bus routes nearby.

4-bed ground floor furnished flat with a living room, balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, communal garden, and washer-dryer.

• There's also a display monitor/screen, which our flatmate is happy for you to use.

About us 👋🏼
2 females and 1 male between 25-33 years old, working in marketing, sales and a PhD student.

All friendly, tidy people. We enjoy a chat, but also respect each other’s space. This isn't a party house.
