This is a 2-bedroom flat available from 11 Feb. The contract is for 3 months, with the option to extend if needed. The flat is currently shared with only one professional female - myself! I've lived here for almost 3 year with my lovely flatmate, who is sadly leaving the country soon. I am looking for another female flatmate to take over her room.

The flat is in a prime location, with plenty of tube lines, buses, and trains just 1-3 minute walk away. The building is right on the main street, but there is no noise at all, as our flat is on the back side of the building.

Your room is the spacious double room with wooden floors, high ceilings, and a large window that lets in beautiful sunshine in the morning. It includes a large wardrobe with high-quality mirrors (definitely essential for the ladies), a desk, a chair, and bedside cabinet.

The whole flat is not very large, but it's a good size for two people, making it easy to clean and maintain. We take good care of it and keep it clean, so there's no mold or any unpleasant smells. Please make a note that we have a no shoes policy inside the house as it‘s been an Asian household.

Your room is conveniently located right in front of the shared bathroom, which is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (great for cooking), oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, pressure cooker, and a wide range of cooking utensils that we can share. The living room area is designed more like a hallway with a dining table and a generously sized window. I am currently trying to rearrange and add/change some furniture in the living room area so it might be a bit different from what you see right now (but better!)

A bit about me: I am Korean but lived in Israel, Greece, and now here for 7years. I am a very social person but at home I love my own time cooking nice food, brewing coffee, watching Netflix, having small chats with my flatmate. I work from home with flexible hours, so I travel frequently, almost every month. This means you'll have the flat to yourself for many days. I place a high value on hygiene, so I'm looking for a new flatmate who shares this priority. I’m super easy going and not a sensitive person at all but it might bother some sensitive people especially at night as I am a super night owl😂 I’ll prefer to have someone who can share similar routines or doesn’t mind minor noise at night.
