Hello! I’m currently looking for someone to replace me on my current student housing contract for a single room. The reason for this is I study in a different university and recently started working really far away, so while the space is lovely I’m looking to move somewhere closer to those.

The room is an en suite with a single bed, a desk and wardrobe. All bills are included in the rent, and we have access to a free gym. The kitchen and living room are shared with 4 other flatmates and there is a large common area downstairs for socializing with other students!

Fitzroy Courts is the on campus housing for the University of Bedfordshire, it’s in central Luton just 15 minutes walking from the train station (easy to get to central London and other surrounding areas!). There is an Iceland market just 3 minutes away, the Luton Mall is a 5 minute walk and has a Lidl and a Tesco too.

Ideally, you would be replacing me by January 10th at the latest, but it can be negotiated.

The photos added are taken from the same type of room that I have on Fitzroy Court website, which looks exactly like mine, but I’m happy to provide pictures of my actual room as well.
