Looking for a student to take my place in a 6 bed house in fallowfield, 5min from Sainsburries, 3min from the bus stop. Lovely second year housemates (3 boys, 2 girls - mixed nationalities, both UK and international), garden, very tidy kitchen/living room with a massive smart TV, 3 bathrooms and a big room with a personal smart TV. Bathroom is shared with one other tidy girl. The rent is payed up to the middle of February and the contract is until 27th of June even though the last payment is on the 14th of May. So basically you'd be getting a free month and a half if you need to move in as soon as possible. You won’t get a better place for the price that we’re offering. (Taking into consideration the free month, it’s ~100pw all bills included). Price is also negotiable.
