Hi! I've just finished my PhD at UoM and have been offered a new job so will need to move out ASAP.

The 2 bed 2 bath flat is located in the Northern Quarter area of Manchester and has a large open plan living room/kitchen area . The room available is a fully furnished large double room with its own large bathroom so you wont need to share. The apartment also comes with a parking space in an underground garage.

The current contract has six months left and you will have the opportunity to renew if you want.

My current flatmate is an amazing, respectful and laid-back person who is doing an English PGCE at UoM.

The rent is current £625 pp each per month. The council tax band is D, but you wont have to pay this if you are a student.
