Hi there, we’re looking for 1 person to fill the remaining space in our house. There’s 5 girls here at the moment. We’re all students. It’s a quiet house in a quiet part of Fallowfield.

We'd be more than happy to do house activities. We've done house dinners and pub trips this year which has been lovely.

It includes a garden, large living room and great kitchen. There are three bathrooms and two showers. It’s a beautiful house which is why we’re trying so hard to stay here.

The rooms are all doubles. We’ve got one large rooms which is £726 pcm. All bills are included.

Official move in date is the 1st of July but some of our housemates will probably move out slightly before that because a lot of them are moving abroad so we can probably be a little flexible.

The photos are from before we moved in and we felt bad asking to take photos of our current housemates rooms early on a Sunday but, if you would like more photos/videos we can get those for you.

Please give us a buzz if you’re interested. We’ll be out of town for Christmas but we’d be happy to call and discuss with you or grab a pint once we’re back in January.
