Hi,

I have to move out and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy until the start of July 2026. The room is available immediately. The rent is £855 per month with Wi-fi included, the bills come up to £100-140 pcm per person. However, I am willing to negotiate the rent.

Location is an 8-min walk from Piccadilly Train Station and 15-min walk from Piccadilly Gardens and is right by Ancoats!

The bedroom comes with a king-size bed, 2 side tables, a heater, double wardrobe and has 2 large windows and a attached private bathroom.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a small storage unit. The other tenant is a UoM student who is very clean, quite and nice.

The building also offers amenities like free-gym on site, media room to relax, working hub and a sky lounge with a dining room, which can all be booked easily via the building's app and a resident lounge with a pool table.
