Spare room going in Junction Works — a warehouse conversion right in the middle of the city centre. The flat has exposed brick, wooden floors, and a lot of character.
Location-wise, it's hard to beat. You're a two-minute walk from Piccadilly station, right on the edge of the Northern Quarter and Ancoats, so you've got some of the best independent restaurants, bars, and coffee spots in the city basically on your doorstep. Piccadilly Gardens and the tram are just as close, and there's a supermarket right nearby for day-to-day bits.
