Hiya! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from Sep 2026 in M14, Moss Side/Rusholme area so it’s a ten minute walk to uom campus or 25 minute walk to mmu campus. It’s a house share with 6 other occupants, all in third year of their undergrad. They’re very social and love to have fun. The room is on the top floor of three floors with a double bed. There are 3 bathrooms in the house. Rent is approx £157pw bills included.
