Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Park View Student Castle accommodation as I’m looking to move to accommodation that better suits me.

The room has a double bed, a large desk, a double wardrobe, under-bed storage and a large private ensuite bathroom, so there’s plenty of space for studying and storage.
You’ll share a spacious kitchen and living area with sofas with three other flatmates: two girls and one guy, all undergraduate students aged 19–21.

• Approximately 10 minutes’ walk to Oxford Road
• Approximately 15 minutes’ walk to the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University\This is privately run, student-only accommodation, so you must be a student to take over the tenancy.

The lamps, desk mirror, small bedside table and freestanding clothes rail pictured are my own and won’t be included. Personal belongings and decorations are also not included.
