Hi there,

I am seeking a female professional to rent my former bedroom - a double with en suite - in a self-owned two-bedroom apartment in Manchester City Centre.

The apartment is in a prestigious conversion on Cambridge Street. This is a great location, within walking distance of a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

The property is surrounded by great transport links: both Oxford Road train station and the Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink are under 5 minutes away and there are bus stops directly outside the building. The Oxford Road stop for the free shuttle bus into the city centre is, again, scarcely a 5 minute walk away.

The room itself has a large window and en suite bathroom. It comes furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror, desk/dressing table and large noticeboard. The en suite features a shower whilst the main bathroom is of a generous size and features a bath, showerhead and large mirror.

The open plan kitchen and living area is fully furnished to a high standard and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric Bosch cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of storage space. The apartment also has a washing machine and unlimited wireless internet already set up.

The ideal tenant would be someone clean, tidy (this one is most important!) and respectful. We'd ask that prospective tenants please do not move the furniture around from how it is at the beginning of the tenancy.

Rent is £650 + £150 for bills (water, electricity, broadband, TV license - excluding Council Tax) and a deposit of one month's rent is required. Council Tax band is Band D.

No pets/no smoking please!
