The house has a garden and parking area, so is a nice and quiet area. This house is a 5-10 minute walk to Manchester University and a 20-minute walk to the city centre. You will be living with other friendly mature female students and professionals.
An international female is preferable. Male and short term rental for two double rooms are not considered.
