I am moving out of my currently flat in Ancoats and looking for someone to replace immediately. Absolutely love the flat and the location- you have access to the gym, roof top terrace and there’s a large park right in front of the building. Only 10 minute walk from the Arndale and a bunch of coffee shops around. It’s a quiet area and never any issues with noise.
The room itself is huge and although the bathroom is separated, this will be your own and is the door right next to your bedroom.

Currently Flatmate- she is a 28 year old professional, works a mix of from home and in the office. She would be looking for someone that’s tidy and easy to live with. Ideally someone that enjoys going for coffee and walks etc but also out for drinks at the weekends :)
