Hi! We're looking for a friendly and tidy new housemate to join our house share :) The area is really well connected by public transport. The 86 and 15 buses go from outside the door and the 85 is around the corner. The nearest tram stop is Trafford Bar and it's about a 20 minute walk. It takes around 40 minutes to walk into the city centre from ours. We know that the room is quite small but you will also have the storage cupboard and access to the shared kitchen, living room and garden. You will be sharing a bathroom but we're all very clean and our schedules don't usually clash. The house is in council tax band D. Bills including wifi, energy, water and council tax are usually about £80-90 per month. The three of us are all very friendly and outgoing people. We're all usually busy during the week but we enjoy the pub and going out at the weekend as well :) We are also happy to stay in and watch a film some evenings.
