I have to move back to Brighton so I need to find somebody to takeover my room until the end of the tenancy on 23/11/2024 - my roommate has also moved back to Brighton so the other room is vacant, but he we will continue the paying the rent until he finds somebody to move into his room. I move out on the morning of the 5th of June - I will have it professionally cleaned that day, so you’ll be able to move in from the afternoon of the 5th.
