My friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend (💔) and I’d love to stay in our wee flat in Green Quarter. It’s less than 10 minutes to Victoria and about 10 minutes to NQ. You’d be moving into the room with the big bathroom so technically an en-suite but 3 steps between the bedroom and bathroom.

It’s at the end of our tenancy and have been told that I need to have a new tenant by 16 September 💀 so more than happy to do what I need to answer questions and meet up to show you the flat etc. Able to move in as early as 5 Oct also!

Ideally would love to move in with a new friend 🫶 Becca and I would do things like cook or do laundry together if we’re both in. Just a balance of actually living together in the flat but respecting each other’s space!

About me:
I’m Devan and I’m from Ireland. I’ve lived in Manchester since 2022 - my fav things to do are trying new things in town, going to cosy pubs, and going for a brunch/charity shop date. I work from home usually but do go into the office regularly as well. Happy to have even a short chat to get a vibe !
