The house is in the heart of Fallowfield (a lively student area), and is only a 5 minute walk away from Sainsbury's and buses into the city. It is also situated very close to the Armitage sports center. I am looking for a current student either undergrad or post to rent the room in the second semester. The current flat mates are all very chilled out and there is an nice mix of ages. Bills are also included within the rent and a cleaner comes every other week. In addition, there is a new boiler, fast broadband and new carpets.
