I’m looking for a male student to take over my Premium Ensuite room at Sanctuary Students – Grafton Street, near the University of Manchester main campus.
• Available as soon as Sanctuary approves the takeover
• Contract ends: 17 August 2027
• Contract rent: £209.50/week
• I’m offering a personal subsidy to bring the effective cost to approximately £180/week, with the amount negotiable
• Private ensuite bathroom and shared kitchen
• Around 5 minutes’ walk to the main campus and 15 minutes to MECD
• Shops and supermarkets nearby
• Lift access, good natural light, and a room away from the kitchen entrance
The flat is currently male-only, so I’m looking for a male student, subject to Sanctuary’s eligibility checks.
For transparency, ambulance sirens can be heard from the room, and there have been late-night noise disturbances from flatmates. I’m happy to discuss this openly and arrange a viewing so you can assess whether the room suits you.
The takeover must be approved and processed directly by Sanctuary Students. The subsidy would be agreed separately; it does not change the rent payable under the accommodation contract.
