A little about me: I’m currently a student at the University of Manchester. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of personal space, and I have a lovely Ragdoll cat, so I’d especially love to live with someone who likes cats! I’m looking for a female tenant for single occupancy who is clean, considerate, and happy to help keep the shared living room and other communal areas tidy. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, as they may cause stress to my cat. I prefer a single occupant without a partner living in the apartment. Occasional visits or short overnight stays from a partner are fine with prior notice, but long-term stays or effectively living together are not permitted. I’m happy for you to occasionally invite friends over or have small gatherings, as long as there are no all-night parties and noise is kept to a minimum in the evenings. I value a peaceful and comfortable living environment where we respect each other’s space. I’m friendly and easy-going, and I’d love to find a considerate flatmate with a similar lifestyle who we can communicate openly with, help each other out, and hopefully become friends! Feel free to message me for more information, photos, or to arrange a viewing.
