House is on the Whalley Range/Chorlton/old Trafford borders… a few minutes from the 86 bus (15/20 mins into town) also 25 mins walk to the met stop at trafford bar. Lots of shops and amenities on adjoining Ayers Road, plenty of on-street parking.

Current house mates are all lovely 20 something’s.., working professionals/post grads so not a party house but quiet and friendly … 2 boys, 1 girl… house is quiet , laid back, clean and tidy.

(New housemates must be LGBT friendly.
1 tenant is on the (very long) waiting list for an assistance dog).

First and last months rent in advance - NO DEPOSIT (so £1220 to move in). When you leave you just give 30 days notice and don’t pay for the final month.
Minimum 6 months tenancy then rolling every month after that.
