Hello, I'm the current tenant for this room. I've signed a one year contract but cannot cover the left 2 months. The room is 600 per month. I sublet it from my landlord. I failed to enter right rent for discounted rent because deposit is connected with rent and should be no more than 5 weeks rent.

Tenant will be provided with my own floor lamp, clothes hanger, table and chair, mop, stewing and rice cooking pot, pot for hotpot, female outwear clothes if you need, bowls, knives, air dryer, yoga mat for free, which means you can take it after tenancy as not provided by landlord.

Located in M44GS. A modern furnished en-suite room in 2B2B. Private bedroom and bathroom with shared kitchen and living room. With reception providing parcels free collection. You'll have only one friendly female roommate.

You can view it via video anytime(I'll send it to you by email or WhatsApp) and have in person view on 25th, 26th because I'm no longer in Manchester after that. The tenancy should be from July 1st-Aug 25th, but we can negotiate a 2-3 days small change in move in date. Kind regards.
