Looking for a flatmate to take over the room as the previous tenants will be moving out.

The room is ensuite, spacious, we have a nice living room and a balcony. There is another bathroom outside both rooms on the hallway. It is £620 per person per month excluding bills, so with bills it should be around £850.

I'm a PhD student preferably looking for another student so we don't pay council tax 🙏 (it would go down to around £750)

I'm friendly, always keep the place tidy, sometimes a bit shy, but I'm open to going out and socialising! 😊
