Hiya! I'm looking for someone to move into this 2B2B apartment with. You will have the main bathroom to yourself (not ensuite). Looking for a female student flatmate who cleans up after themselves :)

-city centre location, under half an hour to UoM and Man Met as well as piccadilly gardens/market street
-great transport links- close to piccadilly station and oxford road station
-rent is £150 pppw, including bills should come to around £175pppw (~£760pcm including bills)

About me:
I'm a law student, relatively introverted but I do love getting to know new people. I'm very clean, so I'd expect the same from a flatmate in shared areas (kitchen/living areas), but the room and bathroom will be yours so go crazy! I'm not a huge drinker or clubber, but perfectly fine if you are so long as massive pres and afters are not held at the flat :) Otherwise, I like to think I'm pretty laid back x
