(2) About the Flat:
It is a 2-bedroom flat, with a shared kitchen, sitting room and bathroom/toilet. It is on the ground floor. The flat is a little bit old but it is cosy and airy. It also has a lot of sunshine when the weather is good.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.
There is no housekeeper service in the flat. So we need to clean ourselves.

Conveniently located in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. It is near the Saint James Park.

(4) About us:
My flatmate is leaving because he finished his job at Newcastle and move to another city. So, we need to find someone to fill in his room.
I am a male student at Newcastle University. I am tidy, easygoing and quiet.

Rent: £370/month (not bill inclusive)
Deposit: £500
Bills: water, gas, electricity and broadband, around £150~£200/month (for the whole flat). It depends on the usage and you need to pay 50% share.
Council tax: Band A (if professional, need to pay)
Available from: 22 April 2023
Minimum stay: 6 months
Note: you need to talk with the landlord to finalize the contract period and council tax.
